Skullcap 10:1 extract (herb top) 166 mg, (scutellaria lateriflora) schisandra fruit 221 mg, (schisandra chinensis)    california-poppy 5:1 extract (herb top) 100 mg, (eschscholzia californica) ashwagandha 10:1 extract (root) 105 mg, (withania somnifera) rhodiola extract (root) 100 mg, (rhodiola rosea), 3% rosavins, 1% salidroside.

Non Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Capsule shell: hypromellose (vegan gelatin).

Suggested Use

Adults take 2 capsules 3 times per day.

Caution/Warnings

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
